Critical Duties: Design, implement, and maintain the Company's cloud infrastructure and support further development of cloud services. Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions with cross-functional teams to support the Company's operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. Support the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines in the cloud environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, system performance, and application deployments. Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues, implementing appropriate security measures and best practices as needed. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for the cloud infrastructure. Assist in gathering supporting documentation for monthly status reports and compliance. Essential Duties: Other duties may be assigned Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations in all environments. Build and support relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, technical goals, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Use scripting languages to implement solutions. Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale processes and systems, achieve goals, and ensure work is completed accurately and timely. Develop and provide training and documentation on new cloud technologies and initiatives. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture. Proactively and effectively analyze business results and metrics to measure performance and demonstrate enhancements. Have ongoing strong working knowledge of evolving best practices and/or strategies that can be applied to day-to-day work, the department, and/or the organization, and proactively communicate those best practices and/or strategies to the necessary team members and/or leadership.
