Interact with operations team Requirements clarification and documentation Support end users for access requests Create/update technical specifications. Support application Testing activities Onsite-Offshore coordination Key Responsibilities: AS400 resource with experience in coding languages RPG, RPGLE, CLLE. Experienced in SQL queries. Must know support activities like batch job monitoring, capable of analysing job errors and take correct action on it.
