Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with the best practices for agile/scrum software development including retrospective, refinement sessions, sprint review and team agile assessment sessions. Participate in Agile product planning, sprint review and user story elicitations. Risks, Assumptions, issues, decisions (RAID) management in a scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Collaborated with product owners and business stakeholders to establish the product vision, scope, roadmap, requirements, released plans with milestones and ensured delivery of quality product and services strategic vision, Fit-Gap analysis, POCs (Proof of Concept), and objectives Tracked the progress of the project along with the risk factors and the mitigation plan on a regular basis to make sure the project went as planned Managed and facilitated strategic discussions with document management specialists to develop an understanding of current state strategy and operations, finalized product roadmap and administered implementation to achieve the desired future state vision Liaison between multiple departments to ensure consistency and alignment in organization policies and procedures. Work with the PO/PM team to maintain the release backlog and tech enabler stories for the scope of the project Extensive Knolwedge on SAP MTD Functional specific to the Data migration Extensive knowledge in SAP S4 data migration architecture and solution delivery. In Depth Business & Technical Interaction with customers and SMEs.
