Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional requirements, business rules, and technical specifications. Lead and mentor QA team members in best practices for functional and regression testing. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand features and enhancements and ensure complete test coverage. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Ensure testing is aligned with overall QA strategy and meets project deadlines. Own and maintain test environments, test data, and tools for regression testing. Contribute to test automation efforts for regression testing using appropriate frameworks/tools. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Provide reports on testing progress, defect metrics, and application quality. Champion continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on functional and regression testing. Expertise in manual testing and working knowledge of test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, TestNG, JUnit). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to write clear and concise test documentation and reports.
