Solid verbal/written communication is a must Candidate will be supporting projects from sourcing, through procurement, and build/deployment and will be responsible for keeping the team organized. Follow-up/follow-through is a must. Candidate must be familiar with Project Management frameworks/tools, such as MS Project, JIRA...etc. The specific tools are less critical, but they need to be familiar with project management tools in general. Candidates should understand the fundamentals of project management (ie. Gantt charts, RACI) PMP nice to have, but not strictly necessary Candidate needs to have a 4 year degree and needs to be able to pass a NERC CIP background check as we work in CIP areas Ideally the candidate should have experience running cybersecurity projects (even better still if they're familiar with Splunk/have supported a Splunk deployment) Prior NEE/FPL experience a plus as well Notes: On prem deployment of Spunk (Very nice to have) Cybersecurity would make a candidate stand out Candidate will be helping to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including communication with leadership on project status We want the engineers to be able to focus on engineering, not PowerPoint updates.
