Strong understanding of the equipment finance lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and collections. Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements. Experience with process modeling and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proficiency in using business analysis tools and technique Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with loan origination systems (LOS), lease accounting software, or other related financial systems is a plus. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to equipment finance is a plus.
