The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Finance leadership team, guiding them through all phases of the S/4HANA transformation with a focus on best practices, innovation, and business alignment. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Finance transformation advisor to the CFO and senior finance stakeholders during the S/4HANA migration journey. Collaborate with assessment and implementation partners, attending meetings and workshops to represent business interests and ensure alignment to best practices. Provide strategic input on Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield migration approaches, and guide the business in selecting the most suitable path. Lead discussions and provide expertise on FDQC (Finance Data Quality Check) procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data during migration. Advise on critical activities required for S/4HANA Finance under RISE with SAP, and coordinate integration with connected processes (e.g., analytics, master data governance). Identify and assess Simplification Items relevant to Finance and Controlling, and provide mitigation or execution strategies. Promote and educate the business on S/4HANA best practices in Finance, Analytics, and Data Models. Support the documentation and validation of the S/4 migration roadmap from a Finance perspective. Qualifications: 18+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO), with at least 4 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, including ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. Strong knowledge of SAP migration methodologies (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield). Solid understanding and hands-on experience with FDQC and RISE with SAP. In-depth expertise in S/4HANA simplification items, particularly in the Finance domain. Proven experience in working closely with executive stakeholders (CFO/Controllers) and guiding them through transformation programs. Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of driving consensus across diverse teams. Must be local to Dallas and available to work onsite at the AA office from Monday to Friday.
