Job Description Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Experience working in B2C Retail and/or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) OR Aero or Airlines environments. Serve as the primary business representative for assigned agile Squads (teams). Work closely with Product Directors and Product Managers to: Understand the business vision. Align product development with stakeholder expectations. Ensure the features and solutions being developed: Address current business problems. Deliver real value to the end users and the business. Manage the story backlog for the squad: Create, organize, and prioritize user stories. Ensure a clear and actionable backlog for the team. Collaborate continuously with the Product Manager to: Guarantee the team is building the right features. Keep development aligned with sprint goals and priorities. Act as a liaison between business and tech teams to: Translate business needs into technical requirements. Ensure clear communication and smooth execution during development cycles.
