Client : MDH Location : Remote Must Have : Strong PMO Analyst with preferred state or federal experience Duties: Coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow up Serve as the primary point of contact for all project management related inquiries Assist with the development and maintenance of project management templates, tools, processes, and methodologies Collect, track, and report on project data, metrics, and KPIs to support decision making Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other projectrelated documentation Manage and maintain the project management repository, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible Monitor project risks and issues, working with the project manager to develop mitigation plans Provide administrative support to the project manager, including scheduling, and webinar meetings Serve as a liaison between the project team and other departments or external stakeholders Perform other duties as assigned Education: Bachelors degree in business, project management, or related field General Experience: 5+ years of experience in a project management role Experience working with project management software programs, including MS Project, Smartsheet, Basecamp, etc. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problemsolving skills ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with Agile Development tools such as Jira or Version 1 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Identify opportunities and improve the overall project throughput. Advanced skills with MS Project and other project management software programs Knowledge of SQL and database concepts Familiarity with reporting tools, such as Tableau, Crystal Reports, etc Keywords: access management |
