The candidate will play a key role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of the Record to Report (RTR) process within SAP and may be involved in integration with SAP Hyperion. This role requires hands-on SAP RTR experience along with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analytics processes.Project Engagements: SAP RTR Projec SAP RTR Extended Suppor SAP Hyperion ProjecKey Responsibilities: Provide functional expertise in SAP RTR (Record to Report) processes including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Closing activities. Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Configure and implement SAP RTR modules to align with business processes. Support month-end and year-end closing activities within SAP. Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between SAP and external systems like SAP Hyperion. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Document functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals. Participate in system testing, data validation, and user training as required.Essential Skills: Proven experience with SAP RTR (Record to Report) implementations and support. Strong knowledge of finance and controlling modules in SAP. Familiarity with SAP Hyperion integration is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage project timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Desirable Skills: Exposure to business intelligence and analytics tools related to financial reporting. Experience working in multi-project environments with overlapping timelines.
