UCCX Scripting experience required. Ability to work with vendors onsolutioning/designing unique requirements for agencies. Responsible for designing,developing, maintaining, and coordinating VoIP solutions. This role requires excellentcommunications skills, both with team members and business contacts atdifferent levels. Resource must be willing to shareknowledge with peers who are taking tickets and providing support to end users. Must work well in a teamenvironment. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. ExperienceRequired: Minimumof 2 years experience working in Cisco Environment 2 UCCX Scripting experience required SkillsPreferred: Cisco Certified Network Professional(Voice or Collaboration).
