This role can be based in either Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA, and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful and timely implementations, and driving adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep SAP S/4HANA deployment expertise, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment projects, including greenfield and brownfield implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Develop comprehensive deployment plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices throughout the deployment lifecycle. Oversee system configuration, data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Drive change management activities and ensure user readiness for the new SAP S/4HANA environment. Manage cutover planning and execution, ensuring minimal business disruption. Provide leadership and guidance to the deployment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure proper documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and training materials. Contribute to the development of deployment methodologies and best practices within the organization. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA features, functionalities, and deployment approaches. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
