Develop and manage project timelines and resources utilizing Agile methodologies for various-size projects. Agile or Scrum certification is advantageous Ability to apply well-documented Agile techniques (User Stories, Burndown techniques, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and testing) Manage a scrum/Kanban board, produce status reports and/or sprint summaries, actively manage blockers, facilitate sprint planning / daily stand-ups/retrospectives Insurance expertise in Claims/Policy process is preferred Exposure to Insurance products (Guidewire or similar) is a plus Facilitate PI (Program Increment) and sprint planning processes, all other scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitment to PI and sprint delivery Helping product owners/business sponsors, partners and stakeholders understand and enact project methods including in their lines of business Monitor resource availability and allocation, including regular communications with PIs Establishes effective project communication plans. Obtains customer acceptance of project deliverables.
