As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our organization's network infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our data and communication systems. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and configure network infrastructure components including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points. Maintain and support the existing network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Implement and manage network security measures, including firewall rules, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems. Monitor network performance and capacity, identifying potential bottlenecks and planning for future growth. Install, configure, and maintain network monitoring and management tools. Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to implement new technologies and resolve complex network issues. Participate in the planning and execution of network upgrades and migrations. Adhere to established IT policies and procedures. Provide technical support to end-users on network-related issues. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
