Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting experience on Windows servers (2012, 2016 and 2019) 2. Have good experience in Server patching activities using WSUS. 3. Have good knowledge and experience on Firmware upgrade process for DELL, HP servers and hardware management agents. 4. Have good knowledge on windows clusters. 5. Have good experience on Active Directory/DNS/DHCP. 6. Have hands on experience on VMware ESXi installation and configurations. 7. Have hands-on experience on HA/DRS clusters, migrations, cloning/templates, snapshots and vSwitches.. 8. Have good troubleshooting skills in both windows and VMware. 9. Have Powershell scripting knowledge 10. Flexibility to work outside of Business Hours to support any critical issues 11. Knowledge on and ability to follow Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management Process. 12. Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities 13. Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams 1. ITIL Certification 2. Any Technical Certification 3.
