Visa: Any Working Visa Will Work Here Duration: Long-Term Contract Role Must have Skills: Public cloud Service Request Management Responsibilities: Manages the overall Service Request Management processes with internal teams and managed services provider for public cloud services Responsible for the day-to-day execution of Service Request Management processes Regularly review effectiveness and efficiency of Service Request Management processes Define and monitor performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze and review trends for Service Request Management processes Lead the continuous improvement of assigned processes Act as single point of contact for all public cloud Service Request Management processes Monitor Service Request Management processes to ensure that the Service Level agreements are respected Responsible for Service Request Management reports preparation and presentation Prioritize Service Request Management processes according to their urgency and impact on the business Create and maintain regulatory documentation such as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), WIs (Work Instructions), STDs (Standards), GDLs (Guidelines), etc. Interact with cross functional teams, including Enterprise Architecture, to ensure complete delivery of solutions. Partner with external service providers to provide talent and services to drive high standards Drive innovation through automation of services and capabilities Collaborate and integrate with engineering services and platforms. Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors and strategic external partners.
