Job Title: SERVICE NOW DEVELOPER Location:Remote Duration:Contract 6 month Work Authorization: NoH1 MOI: Skype Job Description: Client is seeking to augment its technical staff to support thedevelopment of the Site Access and Badging project, as well as generaloperational support within the ServiceNow environment. Development of ServiceNow custom applications using industry best practices to support the Site Access and Badging project. Development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g: Workday, Infoblox) Development of complex workflows within ServiceNow. Creation of new data tables within ServiceNow to support ongoing work. Develop reports within ServiceNow. Create Knowledge Articles to document work where appropriate. Perform operational support for system defects as they arise. Perform basic system administration duties with ServiceNow. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements. Provide training to end users for developed applications. Participate in peer code reviews. Address configuration changes to the ServiceNow platform. Extend existing OOB ServiceNow modules to address enhancements requests. Coordinate testing activities using the ServiceNow Test Administration Suite. Triage incoming ServiceNow support issues, and attend to the current backlog of open incidents and defects. Required: A minimum of 4 years experienceworking with the ServiceNow Platform. Knowledge of ServiceNows coreapplication modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, ServiceCatalog, Knowledge, Agile and Self-Service Portal. Understanding of relationaldatabase concepts. Competency in modern softwaredevelopment methodologies using JavaScript. Good written and verbalcommunication skills. Understanding of ITIL. ITIL V3Certification highly desirable.
