Key skills required : IoT and Wireless Communications: Experience in Internet of Things (IoT) and wireless communications is crucial. This includes understanding how to connect devices and systems to the cloud and manage data transmission. Embedded Systems: A background in embedded systems is highly beneficial. This involves working with software and hardware integration, particularly in CAT digital or customer applications. Customer Experience Mapping: Skills in customer experience mapping help in understanding customer needs and translating them into technical requirements.
