This is a highly technical, customer-facing role requiring deep knowledge of secure network architecture, ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access), cloud security, and large-scale firewall solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a secure web gateway using Prisma Access in a complex, distributed infrastructure. Document requirements and develop architecture for a new AT&T-managed network environment. Drive configuration, validation, deployment, and support of the target-state architecture. Support migration from legacy environments by coordinating with project managers, agency teams, and other system integrators. Develop configurations, migration strategies, and implementation plans. Lead and support engineering activities during deployment and cutover events. Troubleshoot and resolve complex security and connectivity issues across the Prisma Access environment. Guide the implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and integration of cloud secure web gateway capabilities.Essential Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in network and security architecture. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Prisma Access, including: Configuration and deployment in large, multi-tenant environments. Service infrastructure design, remote network, and mobile user setup. Integration with authentication systems (Okta, Microsoft AD). Role-based policy enforcement and migration (from Fortinet, Ivanti Pulse, etc.). Firewall management using Panorama. Deep knowledge of routing protocols: BGP, OSPF. Strong background in cloud security, including TLS, NAT, and VPN (SSLVPN). Familiarity with host detection/host checking, clientless access configurations. Experience with Cloud SWG (Secure Web Gateway) design and implementation. Proficient in developing high-level (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documentation. Proven ability to lead engineering teams and collaborate cross-functionally. U.S. ship required must pass background checks.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ivanti Pulse Secure. Familiarity with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewall policy migration. Understanding of large-scale infrastructure: 125+ firewalls, 1,000+ distributed policies. SSLVPN with 30+ realms, 250+ roles, 260+ secure applications. Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience. Strong customer-facing, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with automation tools is a plus.Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to deliver under pressure and meet project timelines. Proactive attitude with the ability to see the big picture and drive outcomes.
