Job Position :- Incident Management Location :- TX , GA , IL AND AZ :-Onsite 100% Duration :- LONG TERM Job Description:- Incident Manager : Outline: The role of the NSM is to act as the liaison between MOD, ACC technical teams and SMEs to gather technical and business impact to drive restoration of service. Their role is twofold; 1st to assess technical and business impact and 2nd to assist with trouble shooting and to mentor ACC team members. The NSM has the capability to quickly assess a situations technical and business impact, so the MOD and MIMs can correctly prioritize whether the issue is an Incident or a Major Incident. They also play a key role in assisting the MOD when there are numerous outages, by providing impact and determining if any of the outages are related. The NSM may be called upon to determine outage priority via the technical and business intel they gather. Requirements: Possess strong communication and technical skills Ability to gather technical and business impacts across multiple teams Ability to develop, execute and decipher queries across multiple systems Capable of directly working and troubleshooting issues with ACC team members Capable of fostering an Always On attitude across ACC teams. Ability to identify trends and take corrective action to address them Capable of coaching and mentoring ACC team members Technical Skills: Broad technical knowledge of the USAA environment Ability to utilize Splunk to gather diagnostic details across varied systems Capable of monitoring and diagnosing trends across multiple system dashboards Ability to assess multiple outages and determine if they are related Hope to hear from you soon !!!
