This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end manufacturing process design, configuration, and optimization within SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on the integration and execution of PI Sheets in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with discrete or process manufacturing, strong cross-functional knowledge, and hands-on configuration experience in SAP Production Execution.Key Responsibilities:1. Solution Design & Implementation Design and implement SAP MFG solutions tailored to business manufacturing processes. Develop and configure PI Sheets for shop floor execution using S/4HANA. Align SAP system functionality with business needs across production, process management, and shop floor control.2. System Configuration & Integration Configure SAP modules related to manufacturing execution (PP-PI, PP, QM, etc.). Integrate PI Sheets with MES systems, shop floor data collection, and production orders. Collaborate with technical teams to enable seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.3. Process Optimization & Support Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy in production environments. Provide /L3 support for manufacturing-related SAP issues, including PI Sheet failures or discrepancies. Conduct root cause analysis and resolution of system-related issues impacting production operations.4. Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Participate in SAP rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects as a manufacturing stream lead or SME. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP functionalities. Lead user workshops, prepare documentation, and deliver training to end users.5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations, particularly in MFG and PI Sheet capabilities. Proactively propose enhancements or new features to improve shop floor digitalization. Contribute to the development of best practices and reusable frameworks within the SAP team.Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing (PP, PP-PI) with expertise in PI Sheets. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA MFG functionalities and integration points. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in global manufacturing environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable Skills: Experience integrating SAP with MES or other shop floor systems. Knowledge of SAP MII, SAP ME, or other digital manufacturing solutions.
