Application development experience in design, coding,testing and debugging using mainframe related skills and tools. Ability to analyze and develop code for the mainframe system to support various projects. Be willing to learn legacy mainframe applications inorder to provide support. Be willing to learn integration technologies that support the mainframe system and external systems. Experience working with multiple team members (Team Lead, Business Analyst, Developer, DBA, System Architect, Project Manager). Determines time estimates, timeline for work, and provides status updates as requested. Anticipates, identifies, tracks, and resolves issues and risks affecting own work and work of the team. Demonstrate patience and humility with the ability to exercise constraint in stressful situations Required Skills and Experience 1.
