The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system integration, code/configuration management, and platform optimization. This is a critical role requiring deep technical acumen, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to support business-critical workforce management systems.Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute code/configuration deployment processes for UKG WFM Pro instances. Manage and maintain system integrations using Boomi and other middleware to ensure seamless data flow across platforms. Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to plan and execute code releases and system updates. Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues, minimizing system downtime and ensuring optimal reliability. Monitor and configure the UKG WFM Pro platform to enhance system performance and efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all deployments, configurations, and system processes. Implement and support integration workflows between UKG and external enterprise systems. Ensure platform security and compliance with relevant industry standards and internal policies. Provide technical support, training, and best practice guidance to internal stakeholders and support teams.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing, deploying, and configuring UKG WFM Pro instances. Hands-on experience with Boomi or similar integration tools. Proficiency in code management, version control (e.g., Git), and system deployment methodologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Deep understanding of UKG WFM Pro platform architecture and configuration best practices. Familiarity with security management, access controls, and compliance requirements.Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in UKG WFM Pro, Boomi, or associated technologies. Experience with CI/CD processes, automation, and deployment pipelines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
