Customize ServiceMax features including work orders, service contracts, entitlements, and scheduling. Integrate ServiceMax with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce or ERP platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform, ensuring performance and reliability. Provide end-user training and ongoing support for ServiceMax applications. Document configurations, enhancements, and business processes.Essential Skills: 68 years of experience working with ServiceMax. Deep understanding of field service operations and workflows. Experience with Salesforce platform, as ServiceMax is built on Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Desirable Skills: Experience integrating ServiceMax with ERP or CRM systems. Knowledge of ServiceMax Mobile and offline capabilities.
