Airline domain knowledge 1-2 years experience working with exposure in back office operations in airlines including ticketing, reservations, PNR elements, flight operations, network operations, Sabre/Skylinx TTY Message handling Business Analyst Skillset 7-8 years of BA experience in data integration, automation, data mapping, documentation, project management, and QA documentation. Process mapping and re-engineering and format validation skills. Product Management Skillset 2-3 years experience in reading Functional requirement documentation, Data contract mapping, aligning with upstream and downstream business stakeholders, and translating requirements.
