(Preferably Pega) 2 Merchant Services domain knowledge. (Preferable 3 Should have prior experience in performing a Business Analyst role for requirement gathering. 4 Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective 5 Manage the Pega development project and facilitates sprint releases 6 Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: 1 Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates 2 Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance 3 Able to do post mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity 4 Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks 5 Supports Business Analysts team, product owner(s) with Pega team with respect to priorities and scope 6 Presents high level project readouts for senior management 7 Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow Additional Sills: Any BPM knowledge is mandatory.
