Job Description: The requested position will provide technical expertise for the Collaboration & Mobility team's ongoing efforts to reduce technical debt and develop / implement the O365 components of the Microsoft strategy. This resource may also assist with operational workload to freeup internal resources to focus on strategic initiatives. This will help standardize ,secure, and modernize the O365 environment. The team has already identified ~600 tasks that will need to be prioritized and completed inrelation to the strategy. This resource will assist with Microsoft changemanagement to evaluate, recommend, and implement changes related to changes announced by Microsoft. They will also need to have technical writingskills to assist with the consolidation, standardization, and development ofnew process documentation. Required: 4 Years Required Experience Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory ,Exchange Online, and Microsoft Office 365 4 Years Required Experience Knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures to resolve most issues and work orders independently. 4 Years Required Experience Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with users and other IT teams. 4 Years Required Experience Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4 Years Required Office 365 Administration, Preferred :( Optional) 4 Years Preferred Experience in IT Infrastructure and System Servicesenvironments and projects 4 Years Preferred Certified as an M365 expert with specialization in more thanone area (Teams, SPO/Skype, Exchange, Security) 4 Years Preferred Ability to analyze systems and procedures, to write andrevise standards and procedures, and communicate effectively. 4 Years Preferred Experience in designing, implementing and troubleshootingautomation scripts.
