Develop interactive dashboards, datasets, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization. Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in CRM analytics reporting. Data Integration: Integrate data from Salesforce and various third-party systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.) to build a cohesive analytics solution. Design and manage data pipelines using Salesforce Dataflows, SOQL, SQL, MuleSoft, or other ETL tools. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of data. Business Intelligence: Conduct deep data analysis and develop actionable insights to support business decisions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer relationship management strategies. Automation & Optimization: Create and manage automations for data processes using Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Apex, and Flow. Optimize existing reports and dashboards for better performance and user experience. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations to understand their data requirements. Train end-users on how to access and interpret Salesforce CRM analytics tools and reports. Act as a technical subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM analytics. Strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights and solutions that will help optimize business performance and enhance decision-making.
