Job Title: Senior Voice Technologies Engineer
Location: COLUMBUS, OHIO (Onsite)Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Voice Technologies Engineer to join our Voice Systems team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of enterprise telephony and voice infrastructure, with a strong focus on Avaya Aura, Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Teams Calling, and Carrier Voice Networks. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in voice systems management, security, and third-party integrations, with the ability to support critical voice infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Avaya Aura suite (CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC, Messaging) and its integration with Genesys platforms.

Administer Oracle Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to ensure secure and reliable voice traffic handling.

Configure and manage Microsoft Teams Calling with Direct Routing capabilities.

Oversee and support Genesys Cloud voice platform including call routing and reporting.

Coordinate with telecom carriers for Carrier Voice Network Management and troubleshoot call flow issues.

Implement and monitor Voice Security measures and Fraud Detection mechanisms.

Manage 3rd Party Connectivity, ensuring interoperability between platforms and vendors.

Provide on-call support for voice systems during after-hours and weekends on a rotating basis.

Participate in planning, upgrading, and securing telephony infrastructure across the organization.

Collaborate with internal teams using Agile methodologies to support business communication requirements.Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Voice Technologies in enterprise environments.

Proven experience managing the Avaya Aura suite (CM, AES, SMGR, SM, SBC, Messaging).

Expertise in managing Oracle Session Border Controllers.

Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling and Direct Routing setup.

Proficiency in Genesys Cloud voice platform administration.

Strong understanding of Carrier Voice Networks and SIP trunking.

Knowledge of Voice Security best practices and fraud detection techniques.

Experience with 3rd Party Integration in voice platforms.

Availability to support after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.

Ability to commute to Columbus, OH office 12 times per week (preferred).Desirable Skills:

Experience working in Agile environments, especially with Genesys Inbound Voice projects.

Background in Telephony System Planning and Vulnerability Management.

Familiarity with voice analytics and reporting tools.Competencies:
