Years Required/Preferred Experience 4 Required Working knowledge of ActiveDirectory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Office 365 4 Required Knowledge of IT operations,responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures to resolve most issues andwork orders independently. 4 Required Good analytical and communicationskills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with users andother IT teams. 4 Required Must be able to work in afast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4 Required Office 365 Administration 4 Preferred Experience in IT Infrastructure andSystem Services environments and projects 4 Preferred Certified as an M365 expert withspecialization in more than one area (Teams, SPO/Skype, Exchange, Security) 4 Preferred Ability to analyze systems andprocedures, to write and revise standards and procedures, and communicateeffectively. 4 Preferred Experience in designing,implementing and troubleshooting automation scripts.
