The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, and have experience in managing and troubleshooting large datasets to determine root causes and recommend solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams and upstream/downstream partners, supporting multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the timely delivery of accurate data and system configuration readiness. This role will require you to prioritize tasks, manage Agile processes, and ensure the integrity and efficiency of data and system operations.Key Responsibilities: System Readiness and Support: Support NPI, Sustaining, and Compliance System Readiness. Collaborate with upstream and downstream partners to troubleshoot and triage system tickets, ensuring timely resolution. Review and ensure system configurations are in alignment with requirements, translating Bill of Materials (BOM) setup into system readiness. Agile Process Management: Manage the implementation of Agile ECR (Engineering Change Requests), ECO (Engineering Change Orders), and MCO (Manufacturing Change Orders). Analyze and process submissions to minimize processing time while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Optimize department throughput and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for project implementation. Data Management and Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify root causes of issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Work with various systems to ensure data integrity between submission and implementation. Maintain high-quality documentation to support data management processes. Change Management & Document Control: Set up workflow roles for Change Management processes. Audit changes for accuracy and ensure proper system validations are performed. Project Status and Communication: Effectively communicate project statuses to stakeholders and team members. Prioritize multiple projects across different lines of business (LOBs) and pivot as needed to ensure deadlines are met. Identify gaps in current processes and propose strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in existing processes and develop strategies to promote operational efficiency. Assist in the implementation of process improvements related to data management, system configurations, and change management workflows.Key Qualifications: Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze issues, especially large datasets, to determine root causes and recommend effective solutions. System Knowledge: Experience with SAP and Agile processes. Technical Tools: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with Tableau for data visualization. System Configuration Management: Ability to translate BOM setup into system readiness and compare systems for consistency and accuracy. Change Management & Document Control: Experience in setting up workflow roles, auditing changes, and ensuring system validations are in place. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities as needed.Desirable Skills: MDM Tools Experience: Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM or similar Master Data Management tools. Data Visualization: Proficiency in Tableau to create interactive reports and dashboards. Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving system and data-related issues efficiently.
