Job Title: CRM Analytics Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Analytics Developer to design, build, and maintain custom analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly known as Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CRM analytics development, data integration, and business intelligence, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for creating actionable insights, optimizing reports and dashboards, and providing technical leadership in Salesforce CRM analytics.Key Responsibilities:

CRM Analytics Development:

Design, build, and maintain custom analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).

Develop interactive dashboards, datasets, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.

Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in CRM analytics reporting.

Data Integration:

Integrate data from Salesforce and various third-party systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms) to build a cohesive analytics solution.

Design and manage data pipelines using Salesforce Dataflows, SOQL, SQL, MuleSoft, or other ETL tools.

Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of data across systems.

Business Intelligence:

Conduct deep data analysis and develop actionable insights to support business decisions and strategies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations) to understand their reporting and analytical needs.

Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer relationship management strategies and overall business performance.

Automation & Optimization:

Create and manage automation processes for data operations using Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Apex, and Flow.

Optimize existing reports and dashboards to enhance performance and user experience.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions.

Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to access, interpret, and leverage Salesforce CRM analytics tools and reports.

Act as a technical subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM analytics and best practices.

Serve as a strategic thinker, collaborating across departments to provide data-driven insights and solutions that drive business success.Essential Skills:

Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM): At least 3 end-to-end implementations as a lead.

Salesforce Experience: Expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Lightning with strong experience in data modeling, SOQL, Apex, and Lightning components.

Certification: At least one Salesforce certification, such as:

Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (preferred)

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Data Integration: Proficiency in data integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar ETL technologies.

SQL Expertise: Strong experience in SQL and working with large datasets.

Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with building complex dashboards and data visualizations using Salesforce Analytics or similar tools like Tableau and Power BI.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and solution strategies.

Problem Solving: Ability to navigate and resolve limitations within CRM Analytics implementations, identifying real-time workarounds when needed.Desirable Skills:

Advanced Data Integration Skills: In-depth knowledge of integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems, marketing platforms) and managing complex data pipelines.

Business Analysis Expertise: Strong background in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to improve customer relationships and optimize business strategies.

Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques and reporting tools to deliver high-quality, customized dashboards for various business units.

Collaboration & Training: Experience working with business users to gather requirements, provide training, and optimize user experiences with Salesforce CRM analytics tools.Competencies:

BI Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Analytics

Digital Tools: Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, MuleSoft, Informatica

Problem-Solving & Solutioning: Complex Solutioning, Data Pipeline Optimization

Stakeholder Management: Cross-Functional Team Collaboration, Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder EngagementExperience (Years):
10+ years of relevant experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce, business intelligence, and data integration.
