This individual will work closely with the RPA Lead and business technology departments by writing code using RPA software as well as Python language to develop these solutions. Job Description: Use RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, IQ Bot, Java, C#, Python, calling APIs and web services to develop scalable and efficient process automation solution. Understand data structures; Understand and follow coding best practices, e.g., naming conventions, error handling, logging, and commenting. Responsible for creating As-Is / To-Be Process Flows. Identify changes to workflow / impact to workforce. Document 'Solution Design Document', including process flows, business & technical requirements, and exception handling rules. Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for all automation processes. Responsible for maintaining and modifying existing RPA Bot processes to improve performance, correct errors, Bugs, and adapt to any new configuration that may impact them. Participate in the identification of new business processes that can benefit from the use of RPA solutions. Responsible for business analysis (writing epics, detailed stories, and test cases in Jira), request, incident, problem, and change management processes for administered business applications including clear communications with end user and management. Rigorously execute automation testing, including, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and bug fixes. Responsible for peer code assessments and knowledge transfer to support developers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering required 5+ years of experience with software development. 3+ years of experience in RPA technologies Automation anywhere. Ability to use critical thinking in solving a problem. Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively. Ability to perform code analysis to understand how code is implemented. Cross-functional business and application knowledge. Understand data structures; Understand and follow coding best practices, e.g., naming conventions, error handling, logging, and commenting. Working knowledge of any programming language like Java , C#, JavaScript , python preferred. Hands on experience with the implementation of Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation tools, such as Automation Anywhere & IQ Bot. Database development including schemas and stored procedures/functions. Experience calling APIs and web services. Deep understanding of RPA process design and technical implementation. Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional. Excellent written and verbal skills.
