Mandatory:

Should be expertized in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, JCL, VSAM.
Should be knowledgeable in Unix shell scripting.
Should be technical to support UFOS database.

Hands on experience in MS SQL Server is preferred.

JD:

Total Exp. Required - 07-10 years.
 This is onsite position to work from customer office at USA (Naperville, IL 60563). Looking for Senior Technical Lead or Technical Manager or equivalent resource.
This opening is to manage Application support and maintenance (AMS) project both on the customer side and to perform technical delivery. The scope of the project including L2 & L3 ticket resolving (with code changes), change requests, minor enhancements, and new scope of work outside the current SOW.
Need to take care of customer, business and manage deliverables.
Work closely with the business team on requirement gathering, understanding, clarifying offshore team, planning, sizing and manage delivery on the existing applications (two to four applications and two are primary applications).
To manage onsite team and deliverables.
Need to handle all the customer calls and requirement and needs to be HCL primary resource for any customer reach back.
Work with offshore team to deliver the requirements.
Work on adhoc queries from business end users technically and functionally.
Should be expertized in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, JCL, VSAM.
Should be knowledgeable in Unix shell scripting.
Should be technical to support UFOS database.
Hands on experience in MS SQL Server is preferred.
Able to work technically on the above mentioned in-scope of work during onsite hours and to support the deliverables.
Experienced in Health Care Payer domain is preferred (which includes Enrollment, Billing, Payments and reconciliation, Membership maintenance, Agency maintenance, Claims and so on)
Attend customer calls, prepare, and participate weekly and monthly project status to customer.
Work with distributed stakeholders on the entire project life cycle from requirement gathering to deployment support (Onsite).
Also, good to have experience in Project SOW preparation and RFP (proposals).

Need to understand the existing legacy applications at the earliest and to manage customer and deliverables.
