The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep understanding of customer experience technologies, and a proven track record in managing Genesys solutions within agile environments.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team for Genesys solutions. Own and manage the product backlog for Genesys-based CTI systems. Translate business requirements into technical features and user stories. Define and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality Genesys features and enhancements. Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Stay up to date on Genesys platform updates and best practices.Essential Skills and Qualifications: 810 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Product Owner in Genesys environments. Strong expertise in Genesys CTI solutions including routing strategies, IVR, interaction handling, and reporting. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to gather and document technical and business requirements effectively.Desirable Skills: Genesys Cloud CX or Engage certification. Familiarity with third-party CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.). Experience in contact center modernization and digital transformation projects.
