Responsibilities: o Participate in the design process to understand, analyze, and influence the application/system to be tested. o Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new and existing features, as well as develop test plans, cases, and regression testing strategies. o Identify efficient ways to test features, including automation. o Lead project testing activities, including planning, executing, communicating, tracking, and reporting. o Using Test Management tools, execute test cases, manually or in an automated fashion. Capture and analyze results, document issues, and prepare test reports. o Analyze and identify the issues found during testing, work with the QA team and/or the development teams to diagnose them. Present testing results and progress to the project team. o Understand the business aspects, as well as the ways the customers are using the system; and check if the system is performing as it should have been. o Assists with reviewing and remediating issues identified by cybersecurity penetration tests and vulnerability scans. o Assists Championship support digital team to reviewing defects impacting live events. o Keep current on latest industry developments around Quality, including skills, tools, and methodologies. o Contributes documents to knowledgebase. Required Skills: o The ability to quickly assess risk and make decisions. o Ability to be hands-on in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment. o Professional experience in quality assurance (3+ years) o Deep, hands-on proven experience in delivering and supporting thorough QA testing processes. o Experience with testing automation using tools for testing and monitoring the functionality, performance, and impact of scripts across different browsers, operating systems, and devices such as Selenium, Python. o Testing across multiple platforms including web, mobile (IOS & Android) and tablet, in a cloud environment. o Excellent customer focus and communication skills with focus on building trust within a multi-function team. o Ability to work on multiple projects at one time. o Strong time management and communication skills.
