The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills to support, configure, and enhance SaaS-based enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with business operations and delivering value through technology-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical analyst for SaaS-based applications, with a focus on Oracle Commerce Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and configurations. Support implementation, integration, and enhancement of SaaS platforms to align with business needs. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolutions within defined SLAs. Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and validation of configurations and updates. Work closely with development, QA, and business teams for deployment planning and post-go-live support. Document functional and technical requirements, process flows, and user guides. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Oracle SaaS solutions.Essential Skills: Proven experience as a SaaS Techno Analyst. Hands-on experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud or similar SaaS platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Desirable Skills: Broader understanding of SaaS ecosystems across enterprise functions.
