The ideal candidate will be responsible for **daily order processing, system transactions, troubleshooting, and working closely with business teams* to ensure smooth operations. Location: Location: Multiple LA, Lakeside, Santa Ana (2 roles)/ Ephrata, Sacramento, Katy (3 roles) / Lindenhurst, Carnegie, Atlanta (3 roles) / Fort Lauderdale, Phoenix, Kansas/ Seattle (4 roles) ### *Key Responsibilities* - *Process customer sales orders, returns, and order modifications* in Oracle EBS Order Management (OM). - Manage *order holds, pricing, discounts, and shipping schedules*. - Work with *Inventory (INV) modules* for stock availability, transfers, and cycle counts. - Coordinate with *Purchasing (PO), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Shipping teams* for end-to-end order fulfillment. - Troubleshoot *common Oracle EBS issues* (e.g., workflow errors, missing data, approval holds). - Generate and analyze *reports (Order Status, Backorders, Fulfillment Delays)* using Oracle Reports/BI Publisher. - Assist in *User Acceptance Testing (UAT)* for system upgrades or enhancements. - Follow *SOX/compliance controls* for order processing and data integrity. - Train new team members on *Oracle EBS navigation and best practices*. ### *Required Skills & Qualifications* - *3+ years of hands-on experience* as an *Oracle EBS End User* (OM, INV, PO, or Shipping). - Proficiency in *entering & managing sales orders, returns, and order workflows*. - Basic understanding of *Oracle EBS modules* (Inventory, Purchasing, AR, Shipping). - Ability to run *standard Oracle reports* and export data to Excel. - Strong *data entry accuracy* and attention to detail. - Problem-solving skills to *resolve order-related issues* (holds, pricing errors, shipping delays). - Preferred: Familiarity with *EDI orders, drop shipments, or back-to-back orders*. ### *Soft Skills* - Strong *communication skills* to collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams. - Ability to work in a *fast-paced, deadline-driven environment*. - Willingness to *learn new Oracle EBS features* and process improvements. ### *Education & Certifications* - *High school diploma or equivalent* (required). - *Associate/Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field* (preferred). - *Oracle EBS End User Training Certifications* (a plus).
