The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce-based solutions with a strong emphasis on End-User Computing (EUC) integration. This is a strategic role that bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring seamless user experiences and future-ready architecture.Key Responsibilities: Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions with a focus on EUC integration (e.g., productivity tools, collaboration platforms, virtual desktops). Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions. Lead architecture reviews, evaluate new technologies, and drive architectural best practices for the Salesforce ecosystem. Define data models, security, and sharing rules, and ensure compliance with enterprise governance. Guide development teams through technical designs and ensure alignment with architecture standards. Act as a technical advisor in Salesforce roadmap planning, system upgrades, and platform enhancements. Interface with EUC teams to ensure Salesforce solutions are optimized for end-user performance and productivity. Provide thought leadership on how Salesforce can drive user enablement, automation, and digital transformation.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Masters preferred). 7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a solution architect role. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning. Experience with EUC tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Citrix, or VMware Horizon. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical direction. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect strongly preferred. Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills: Experience integrating Salesforce with EUC environments and third-party platforms. Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data integration patterns.
