The development lead will be expected to enforce the rules and strategies defined in partnership with the technical architect and technical product owner. The development lead is expected to have extensive experience in software development as well as responsible for implementing scalable solutions including continuous delivery, optimization, monitoring, release management and support the end-to-end release process. As the Technical Lead/ Senior Developer, this position will be expected to split their time with approximately 20% dedicated to development work, 40% spent managing the development process (DevOps & CI/CD) and 40% overseeing/reviewing the work or junior developers, admins and QAs. Responsibilities: Manage the development and deployment of new demands, and/or enhancements to existing applications. Provide detail design and documentation of each component of the solution such as data migration, integration and custom development. Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development. Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce. Perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed by self and other junior team members on the project and drive internal collaboration. Assist with Design, Development & documentation Salesforce DevOps architecture. Assist with Design of CI/CD pipelines for org-based and package-based delivery models Operate, support, and improve our tools for continuous integration, automated testing and release management. Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of the architecture of Salesforce metadata and configuration. Good knowledge and hands-on experience on SFDC configuration modules such as process builder, visual flow, and workflow rule, reports, dashboard, Lightning app builder. Good knowledge & hands-on experience in programming to develop APEX Class, Triggers, Test classes, Batch apex, Scheduled jobs, Queueable apex APIs Strong understanding of Salesforce object model and relationship among objects to clearly delineate the need of SOQL, SOSL Experience with webservices development using SOAP and REST API Required Knowledge and Experience Salesforce Clouds: Health, Service (Omni channel) Experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX) Salesforce Certified Administrator (required), Salesforce Platform Developer I (required). Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer (strongly preferred) Salesforce/ Force.com custom development using LWC and Apex 2+ years of technical team leadership experience 8+ years development experience on the Salesforce platform 8+ years direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management.
