You will play a critical role in leading SAP S/4HANA Integration implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration across various business functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the integration strategy and implementation for SAP S/4HANA projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Design and implement integration solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards. Provide expertise in data migration, system configuration, and process optimization within SAP environments. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support to business users. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, recommending enhancements to existing systems. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals. Qualifications: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in SAP integration, with a strong focus on integration modules. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Integration implementation projects, including end-to-end project lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of SAP integration tools and methodologies (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).
