C2C Position: D365 CRM Business Analyst Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid 12+ months contract Require a strong CRM Consultant with 12+ years of CRM experience & should have worked as a Functional Consultant / Business analyst for at least 5+ CRM implementations. Must have driven Business discussions/workshops and should have worked on CRM functional design covering functionalities for sales, service, marketing and field service Expertise in creating business requirements, user stories, functional design and high-level design documents. Must have sound understanding on D365 and power platform capabilities and possibilities around configurations/customizations Must have overall understanding on - Dynamics 365 platform, online and on-premises versions, upgrades and migrations, integration with other office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile and handheld clients, outlook and outlook app capabilities and offline capabilities Must have experience of co-ordination among different teams like business SMEs, Development, QA, etc. Should be able to create D365 demo of OOTB functionality Should have given Training to Business Users on functionality being rolled out Should have deep understanding of multiple industry domains.
