Please let me know if you fine the new below position as well TITLE: Senior Quality Engineer MOI: SkypeLOCATION: Tustin, CA On-site DURATION: 6 months TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Battery components - Battery Module - Battery Packs Electrical, Electromechanical, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Energy Storage System - Lithium-ion Batteries Nice To Have Battery Chemistry Knowledge - CMM Knowledge of Battery Pack Systems Testing - Systems Engineering This is what you'll need: BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Minimum of 5 years engineering and/or quality experience including: Design and manufacturing of battery modules/packs and related electrical test processes In depth knowledge of battery module/pack design, manufacturing/assembly, and test best practices Knowledge of functionality and GD&T for system level and component level of battery modules/packs Basic CAD knowledge, including ability to review designs within CATIA Strong statistical and problem-solving capability, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Preferred 2-5 years' experience with New Product and Process Development Knowledge of AIAG, APQP and related tools Familiarity with CMM, laser scan, CT scan and other gaging devices are a plus Demonstrated quality improvements through use of structured problem solving Experience working in a cross functional environment Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment Vishal Chaurasiya Technical Recruiter Email: [email protected] TEK Inspirations LLC : 13573 Tabasco Cat Trail, Frisco, TX 75035 Keywords: computer associates |
