The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data architecture, solution design, and system integration, with proven experience in supporting full lifecycle digital projects from architecture through development and QA/UAT support.Key Responsibilities: Act as the SME for data services capabilities across all digital transformation engagements. Recommend solution architecture for digital initiatives with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. Lead and contribute to data design and modeling efforts. Provide hands-on support during Development, QA, and UAT phases to ensure high-quality delivery. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Assist in data migration activities, especially from on-premise to cloud-based systems. Ensure architectural decisions align with enterprise data strategy, security, and compliance standards.Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise data initiatives. Proven experience in solution architecture, design, and development tailored to business requirements. Hands-on experience with on-prem to cloud migration projects. Deep expertise in data architecture, modeling, and database performance tuning. Strong experience in API design and data integration strategies. Proficiency in SQL performance optimization, especially for high-volume, transaction-based systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Desirable Skills: Experience working with life and annuities or other financial services domains.
