Design, develop and maintain Geodatabases. Design, develop and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and views. Provide change management in a code promotion role in partnership with development team. Provide analytical services on systems to implement user-defined requirements. Provide analytical services on systems to identify operational efficiencies. Facilitate collecting system requirements with the business program staff. Produce work estimates to implement user-defined requirements. Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff. Produce status reports on the implementation of user-defined requirements. Produce accounting of hours worked by tasks. Provide analytical services on GIS & IT processes to identify operational efficiencies. Follow department GIS & IT processes and coordinate with other department GIS & IT staff to ensure compliance with department standards. Technical consultant to the department staff. Complies with and enforces all agency policies, procedures, and security policies. Provide Technical Training (Knowledge Transfer), as required for the staff as related to department's GIS web mapping applications.
