The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical design and execution of product data management solutions, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables across the full project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders to define functional and technical needs. Prepare and review technical design documents and conversion approaches for master data migration and integration. Create Requirements, Functional Design, and Technical Design documentation. Review deliverables including design, code components, and configuration setups with IT leads. Coordinate across functional teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Lead system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts. Provide support during implementation and post-production to ensure a smooth transition. Ensure end-to-end traceability and maintain data quality during migration from Oracle EBS to PDH Cloud.Essential Skills: 810 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementation and data conversion projects. Hands-on experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) and Oracle PIM. Experience configuring PDH rules and importing product data from Oracle EBS (INV, PIM, MDM) to PDH Cloud. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning. Experience with creating Business Events, Business Rules, and User-Defined Attributes (UDA) in PIM. Solid understanding of data architectures, data cleansing rules, and master data management (MDM) best practices. Experience implementing Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) tools for data standardization and enrichment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams. Experience documenting test plans and performing unit, integration, and system testing.Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM and integration with Oracle EBS or PDH. Prior experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or retail industries is a plus.
