This role involves engaging with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, configure Oracle Fusion applications, and support full-cycle implementation activities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Costing and a proven track record of delivering multiple Oracle Cloud implementations.Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Projects Financials and Costing modules. Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map them to Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities. Configure the Oracle Fusion application based on client requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs). Conduct requirement gathering workshops, conference room pilots (CRPs), and user training sessions. Create and document test scripts for system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitor progress of all project workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Coordinate closely with offshore teams for development, testing, data conversion, and interface/report development activities. Provide post-go-live support and ensure smooth stabilization of implemented solutions.Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations and support. At least 45 Oracle Cloud Projects implementations as a functional consultant. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Costing and Financials modules. Good understanding of integration with GL, AP, Procurement, Assets, and Oracle EPM modules. Experience with PPM batch processes, PPM analytics (OTBI), and PPM integrations with ERP Cloud. Knowledge of intercompany billing, transfer pricing, and related business processes. Proficiency in data conversion, inbound/outbound interfaces, and report development. Ability to configure Oracle Cloud applications, perform functional testing, and document setups. Strong consulting, business analysis, and presentation skills. Excellent communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and client-facing abilities. Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and work effectively with offshore teams.Desirable Skills: Oracle certification in Cloud Financials or PPM modules. Experience working in finance, consulting, or global business environments.
