Location: Detroit, MI ( 3 days onsite is must so only preferred locals) Duration: 12 Months Linkedin and DL is must , CARD, ONLY Job Description: Position Overview: The Digital Guru will be responsible for spearheading digital transformation projects, leveraging their extensive technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role requires a visionary technologist with exceptional presentation and speaking skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Utilize deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot to develop and implement innovative solutions. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences, effectively communicating complex technical concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process improvement. Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of digital literacy and adoption. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in digital transformation and implementing Microsoft technologies. Strong technical background in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Exceptional presentation and speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, with a focus on delivering results. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
