Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume to [email protected] Role Procurement Specialist Experience 4 to 6 relevant years Location USA (remote opportunity) Job Description: Required Experience: 4 to 5 years Strong SAP skills in MM Module (mandatory Requirement & need hands on work experience) Transforming procurement requests into procurement orders Managing purchasing order cancellation, rescheduling or PO information change (quantity, price). Follow-up and expediting of Procurement orders. Ensuring accuracy of the order, GL account, or project number, ship to location, supplier information on Procurement order, and relevant notes/comments on the Procurement order document. Managing disputes and problem solution. Transforming procurement requests into procurement orders. Prepare reports on Procurements, including cost analysis. Convert all purchase requisitions to purchase orders on time As part of the integrated project/program team, perform assigned roles and responsibilities Be prepared with your input that effects Past Due customer orders Strong analytical skills within Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)- Mandatory Requirement Regularly interface cross-functionally to ensure alignment, service levels, priorities and roadblocks are addressed: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related is required. May consider years of experience and education in lieu of degree Desired Skills: Must have strong problem-solving and organization skills and be able to drive assignments to successful conclusion. Proficiency with MS Office and teams required.
