This role requires a hands-on technical professional who can build, validate, and maintain reliable integrations within Workday HCM and Payroll environments. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end integration architecture, system connectivity, and ensuring robust security and error handling mechanisms.Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services (APIs), and Connectors Set up and manage secure connectivity, including file encryption, key management, SFTP, and API endpoints Answer and resolve advanced technical questions from development teams and business stakeholders Verify integration reliability and performance through rigorous testing of endpoints and connections Ensure adherence to data encryption, authentication methods, and other security protocols Validate that all error handling processes are implemented effectively and tested thoroughly Review and confirm that the technical architecture meets the integration and system requirements (e.g., file storage, database access) Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, security configurations, and connectivity setups Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and supportCompetencies: Workday Payroll Workday HCM TechnicalEssential Skills: Level 3 or higher experience in Workday Integrations Expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and Workday Web Services (APIs) Strong knowledge of file encryption, key exchange, and secure connectivity protocols Experience with SFTP, API authentication, and validation of endpoint availability Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure integration reliability and performance Proficiency in validating and implementing error handling frameworks Familiarity with technical architecture concepts, including database access and secure file storage Strong communication skills and the ability to lead documentation and coordination activities across teamsDesirable Skills: Prior experience with Workday Payroll integrations Experience with audit and compliance requirements related to HCM systems Familiarity with integration monitoring tools Background in working with large enterprise HR systemsQualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Workday Integration certifications are highly desirable Strong understanding of Workdays data model and security architecture ------------ Manish Kumar Scalable Systems Technical Recruiter Mailto: [email protected] Keywords: Ohio Senior Workday Integrations Consultant [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2440670&uid=96e028cb64534c52a2f41a9dbc0949bc |
